Terms and Conditions

Once you have paid a deposit and/or have signed a contract agreement for travel, your trip will be considered booked. I use third-party payment to process credit card charges. I do not accept cash, check or money orders. By booking a trip with me, Sharon Ware, you agree that charge backs  are not to be used for refunds convenience. Please see our cancellation and refund policy. Charge backs can be reported as potentially fraudulent activities. To avoid any confusion, please review all information sent to you or on this website carefully.

Refunds and Cancellations

By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that all payments that you make on behalf of your booking are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Your booking allows use to enter into a contractual agreement with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds unless otherwise stated.

Life happens, therefore I strongly encourage you to obtain travel insurance.

Lecture Series

Our lectures are scheduled via Zoom at a specific time and date. If for some reason, you are unable to attend the live session, please notify us and you will receive a credit of $25.00 to be used on another lecture of your choice. However, several of the lectures will be repeated as the demand arises. If we cancel the lecture, you will be refunded your $25.00.
